Refund and Returns Policy

At Blue Root Jewels, we take pride in offering high-quality Jewellery pieces crafted with care. Please review our, returns- and refund-policy carefully.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Items returned damaged or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, about its receipt. In the same email, we will also let you know our  approval or refusal of the refund, and the reasons for such decision.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges

Only the genuinely defective or damaged items can be replaced.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

  • Send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value Jewellery items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items with no tracking.
